It’s the final day of the MFT countdown, which means the release will be available tomorrow at 10am EST! Today’s cards use the Birthdays Take the Cake stamp and die set.

I paired my images with the new Birthday Brights Patterned Paper Pack – a fun and festive set of decorative cardstock for birthdays!

These images are large and are easy to color. My first card shows the unfrosted cupcake on a stand with the frosting all ready to go for a sweet birthday.

I framed my images using the Stitched Mini Scallop Circle STAX Die-namics. After adhering my images with foam adhesive, I again used foam adhesive to attach my panel to a piece of patterned paper.

My second card uses the same idea – except I used an Inside Out Stitched Rectangle STAX die to frame my image and sentiment. I also added a pop of color by ink-blending the background with Peacock Feathers.

I colored all my images with Copic markers and used clear glaze/lacquer to add shine to my chocolate ganache.

Copic Colors Used: BV00000, BV01, C1, C4, E41, E42, Y02, YR16, BG11, BG13, R81, R83, R85, E25, E27, E29, E0000, E000, E21.
