Hi, Friends!
Pinkfresh Studio has a wonderful Background Stamp Release today! We’re hoping to inspire you today with projects made from these background stamp sets!

My card today is created with the Floral Shadow background stamp. The mixture of solid and open images is so fun and I think many would stamp or emboss for a silhouette look, but I imagined it different with a background of green – as if the solid portions of the stamp were more like green shadows.

I used Pinkfresh Studio inks in Mint, Meadow, and Emerald City to stamp an ombre fade. After stamping, I used Copic markers to bring the open florals to life.
Copic colors used:
Pinks: RV52, RV55, RV17
Blues: B0000, B00
Purples: BV0000, BV01
Yellows: Y00, Y17

When done, I die-cut the world LOVE using the Adore Alpha die set and used only the outline die because I wanted to keep the focus on the background that I took the time to color. I die-cut the letters in white and colored it with the RV17 marker. Then I used my Clear T-ruler to ensure it lined up straight on my card and adhered it to my background panel and then flooded the letters with clear lacquer to help the word pop, but not not distract too much from the background.
