Welcome back, Friends!

We’re not quite half-way through the month and there’s still so many fun collaborations to share. I hope you’re still just as excited as you were on the first of Stamptember! Tonight, the Avery Elle collaboration is here featuring Holiday Bells!

The stamp set has outlined images as well as solid stamps to fill in the outlines. So this first card shows you that. I stamped 5 bells and stamped them in rainbow colors.

I stamped the pine sprigs and then added the bows and berries in read before stamping the string with a light brown ink.

To finish, I embossed the sentiment and adhered it to the bottom of the card. I added some Nuvo Aqua Shimmer along the top portion of my card on the pine springs. It can be a quick one layer card if you want it to be!

For this second card, I wanted to color the bells. I decided to use all the images and patterns to create a background. I stamped the bells and the pine sprigs first, then filled in the area with the red berry clusters and bows in the different sizes.

After doing this, I colored the images with Copic markers. I went around these images with gray to give my images some dimension. Finally, I used the carrot-patterned stamp to fill in the space using Dove ink from Concord & 9th.

Grays:  C00, C1, C3
Gold:  Y11, Y15, Y26, E27
Greens:  YG23, G46, G29

I matted my colored background over a piece of coordinating cardstock (Concord & 9th Cranberry) and then finished by embossing my sentiment over black cardstock. For some added texture, I added White Blizzard Nuvo Glitter drops to the panel too.
