Simon Says Stamp – The Boo Crew

Hi, Friends!

I’m sharing a card made using one of my favorites from the Simon Says Stamp Stamptember release – this is from the release on 9/1 and will be replenished if it goes out of stock – so don’t be sad if you can’t get it right away! My friend Nina-Marie Trapani is the illustrator behind this adorable The Boo Crew set!

To create this scene, I stamped and coloroed my images using Copic markers.

Blues: BG01, BG02, BG07
Greens: YG06, YG07, YG09
Reds: R22, R24, R27
Skin: E93, E000, E51, E11
Browns: [E21, E23], E33, E34, E37, E39
Yellows/Oranges: Y15, Y38, YR68
Purples: BV00, BV02, BV11, BV08
Grays: C3, C5, C7, C9

For my background, I ink-blended from the top down using Wilted Violet and Shaded Lilac Distress Oxide inks. To give my panel some texture, I sprayed it with my Distress Sprayer to add droplets of water. Before die-cutting my stitched background, I embossed the spider web at the top of my panel.

To finish, I attached all my images using foam adhesive to give everything fun dimension. I also embossed a sentiment strip and attached it under the colorful Boo Crew sentiment that I stamped and colored.
