Simon Says Stamp has released a Limited Edition Joy For You Holiday Tag Kit 2020! If you love tags, you’ll love this kit. It’s the perfect combination of tag sizes and themes – for those who like modern or vintage tags!

I went ahead and wrapped some Christmas presents this week and they worked out perfectly to showcase the tags I made using products from the kit.

In addition to using the Tim Holtz products from this kit for more vintage tags, I also made a tag using the Simon Says Stamp Christmas Tree Tag and Outline die. The Joy For You 6″ x 8″ stamp set contains lots of sentiments and two background stamps – so I stamped a background over Green Leaf cardstock for a tone on tone look. Then I die-cut the top with glitter cardstock. To give it some more color, I used the bottle of Ranger Stickles from this kit – it’s the perfect combination or red and green glitter!

Last but not least, I used the Holiday Greenery Embossing Folder to emboss one of my tags and inked green onto the leaves and red onto the berries. The berries gave me a hard time, so I also used a red Copic marker (R37) to color them. When done, I used the natural twine included to wrap around my tag and adorned it with a sentiment embossed from the Joy For You set.
