Hi, Friends!

I hope you all had a wonderful holiday! I’ve been rare for me not to have anything to post for more then a day here recently so I hope you got a nice break from emails if you’re subscribed. 😅 I also hope you missed me! I did some no-line Copic coloring for today’s card and I have to say – it took a lot of patience and I very well could’ve given up early on and I’m glad I didn’t!

I’m using one of my friend, Emily Midgett’s, sets for Honey Bee Stamps called Everything Wonderful. I stamped with a light ink and began the very slow and tedious task of no-line coloring.

Reds:  R20, R35, R37, R59
Magentas:  R81, R83, RV34, RV66
Pinks:  RV21, RV23, RV25
Purples:  V01, V04, V09
Yellow:  Y11
Greens:  G21, G24, G28

After coloring, I used a Magenta Polychromos pencil to add some depth to my main flowers. Then I die-cut the image to layer over the A2 Burlap die. Before die-cutting, I ink-blended some Frayed Burlap (appropriate) Distress Oxide Ink over some fog cardstock to give it some color. I adhered this layer over my cardbase, then attached the image with foam adhesive.

My sentiment is from the Blessed Buzzword stamp and die. I die-cut the word blessed 3 times to stack and adhered it to a vellum halo and embossed the sub-sentiment in white over black cardstock.
