Hi Friends!

It’s time for another Lawn Fawnatics Challenge! This Challenge should be fun for everyone! Scene building can be done with so many Lawn Fawn products!

I created a shaker card scene today using images from Butterfly Kisses and the Butterfly Kisses Flip-Flop sets!

To begin, I worked backwards and created my shaker component. On a card base, I ink-blended Salty Ocean Distress Oxide using the Cloudy Stencil. The shaker frame is created using the Stitched Hillside Backdrop: Landscape Die. I die-cut this panel from white cardstock, masked off the bottom and sides of the hillside and ink-blended the hillside using Mowed Lawn Distress Oxide Ink.

To give my shaker panel more interest, I splattered it with water and the coordinating Distress Oxide ink colors. I then adhered acetate to the open portion of the die, added foam adhesive, then filled my window with iridescent sequins before sealing my shaker card.

I then colored my images from the two stamp sets and created my scene with the images! To give my card lots of dimension, I attached some images using foam adhesive.

Flowers:  [R81, R85,] [Y11, Y15]
Grass:  YG06, GY17
Butterfly:  BG10, BG13
