Hi Friends!

I was on the Simon Says Stamp Blog and YouTube Channel yesterday and want to share my projects with you here today. I always admire geometric designs but am intimidated by them. I googled some images and was inspired to create the two cards I’m sharing with you today.

My first card uses the Diamond Tiles dies to create a fractal background. I chose pinks and purples to create a gradient from corner to corner. It would be a lot of work – but would probably look cooler with smaller triangles!

My second card uses squares from the Geometric Builder Squares to create a color gradient from top to bottom using cool tones.

Both backgrounds are pretty busy as is, so I die-cut Crocus Flowers and stacked them for dimension to place on top. It is a set of two dies so it was perfect for my cards today.

I finished by attaching sentiment strips from the Reverse Happy Sentiment Strips. I’d say choosing colors and die-cutting are the most tedious things about these cards but they are so fun to make! I hope it inspires you to create!
