Hi Friends!
I did some paper-piecing using the Altenew Craft A Flower Poppy dies and ended up with two cards to share. My first card is a slimline and I die-cut and had one flower left over so I made a simple card with a single stem.
I die-cut the flowers and foliage using Simon Says Stamp cardstock (Cotton Candy, Lipstick, Schoolhouse Red, Lemon Chiffon, Green Apple, and Green Leaf). I ink-blended the backgrounds using Cracked Pistachio and Peacock Feather Distress Oxide Inks.
I arranged my flowers across the ink-blended slimline panel and then used a sentiment strip I embossed from the Leaf Canopy set.
My second card uses the same flowers. It’s a more simple card, I wanted to make sure it was still interesting. I dry embossed the pattern using the Altenew Garden Trellis Cover Die after ink-blending with Cracked Pistachio.
To finish my cards, I attached some iridescent sequins on it. I hope you like these cards! Thanks so much for visiting!
