Simon Says Stamp – June 2021 Card Kit – Rainbow Is My Favorite Color

There’s a new Simon Says Stamp Card Kit and if you love rainbows, you’re going to love the Rainbow Is My Favorite Color kit!

We’ve got a rainbow stamp, a rainbow stencil, a rainbow die, rainbow jewels and ink! You’re going to love it! I used the Rainbow Is My Favorite Color stamp set on all three of my cards today. You can create 3 different rainbows and I couldn’t help but stamp them all!

The first card I made uses the Build A Rainbow stencil. I used it to ink the clouds for a background before stamping the vertical bands from the Rainbow Is My Favorite Color stamp set. I stamped some clouds and added some chunky glitter to them to give them more interest. To add my sentiment, I embossed it over vellum using gold embossing powder.

My second card is more simple – but I love the simplicity of this sweet four-band rainbow! The background uses the Custom Rainbow pack from Doodlebug. The piece I used is from the Hippity Hoppity paper pack, but there are some from the Fairy Garden pack in the kit too.

Last but not least, I have a card made using larger bands from the Rainbow Is My Favorite Color stamp set. There are only four bands, but I used the smallest band to add two more to make it a full rainbow. I stamped some hearts and my sentiment, then added some dimension with Glossy Accents over the hearts and added jewels from the Memory Box Fairy Jewels – which is in the kit!
