Hi, Friends!
Welcome to Day 1 of the Rainbow Release Blog HopI thought it would be appropriate to share a card made using the new Simon Says Stamp Sundae Afternoons set from the Rainbows Release! Be sure to check out the Rainbows Gallery to see all the inspiration from this release!https://shrsl.com/302ld

I started off by stamping the bottom of the card using the On the Ground stamp. I stamped everything with a light ink to do no-line coloring. After coloring the diner-like ground or tabletop, I masked off the bottom with a sheet of paper and lightly added some Antique Linen Distress Oxide to the background for some color.

Next, I stamped the sundae images from the Sundae Afternoons set and patiently colored each image with Copic markers. I said patiently, didn’t I? I recall myself saying the last time I no-line Copic-colored that I would do it again. And here I am again. I felt like the sundaes needed to be no-line though!
Copics:
Reds: R30, R32, R35, R37, R39
Pinks: R00, RV10, RV11, RV14
Orange/Yellow: Y15, Y38
Greens: YG21, G14, G16
Blues: B0000, B00
Teals: BG10, BG11, BG13
Purples: V0000, V01
Browns: [E0000, E40, E40, E30, E43], [W00, W1]

When done, I die-cut the images and figured out my placement before stamping the sentiment. To finish, I attached my images with foam adhesive to give it more dimension.
I hope you like it! I’m a little hard on myself and feel like a newbie each time I do no-line coloring with Copic markers. Thanks so much for visiting today!
