Are you a coffee/latte lover? If so, the Cup of Love set from the Simon Says Stamp Make Magic Release is a great set for you! I love the whimsy illustration on this set and the ability to change the froth art in the mugs!
I stamped the mugs, then used brown inks to stamp the latte portions of the mugs (they are solid stamps). I stamped first with a light color, then inked around the edges with a dark brown to give it more shading. To give the froth some dimension, I used some Glossy Accents on the froth (white) art, added clear embossing powder and heat-set it to give it dimension. If you’ve never done this before, it’s a fun technique to add dimension for froth or snow!
I then colored the mugs and coasters using light shades of Copic markers. I also colored the sprigs and spoons as well.

I wanted my latte setting to be soft, so I stamped the Quilted Hearts background using Twirling Tutu Ink over a blank panel and ink-blended it softly around the edges using the same ink. I gave it blanket border by using the Chunky A2 Scalloped Rectangles die.
My sentiment is stamped and embossed from the same stamp set. For this one, I fussy-cut around the letters. I hope you enjoy the layout of this card! Thanks for stopping by!
