Tonight’s STAMPtember Collaboration release is LAWN FAWN!!! The Eat, Drink, & Be Merry set is just adorable – I love these holiday sloths!

I created a semi-interactive card with the images suspending inside the Tropical Leaves Backdrop frame. I started by stamping and coloring my images with Copic markers.

Reds:  R30, R32, R35, R37, R39
Teals:  BG10, BG11, BG34
Grays:  C1, C2
Browns: [E41, E42, E43, E44], [E50, E30], [E31, E33, E35, E37]

You can’t see them wobbling back and forth inside the tropical frame, so you’ll have to check out my quick video!

I ink-blended two Tropical Leaves Backdrop frames using Distress Oxide Inks using Cracked Pistachio and Lucky Clover. I did a blend from dark to light and after die-cutting, I flipped one panel so that they created contrast and color differences.

Between the two frames, I suspended my sloth images with Clear/Invisible Thread. I used foam tape to give everything more depth. The background is created from a sheet of yellow Watercolor Wishes patterned paper That I ink-blended with Worn Lipstick and Cracked Pistachio.

To finish, I stamped and embossed my sentiment over black cardstock. It needed to be cut up so I could stagger the words to fill in the open space on my card.
