Hello, Friends!

I’m joining Pinkfresh Studio in an Instagram Hop today celebrating their latest release. I’m sharing two cards today and hope you enjoy it!

My first card uses the Folk Garden 2 Hot Foil Plate, Die, and Stencils as well as the Brushed Sentiments Hot Foil Plate and Die.

After foiling the Folk Garden 2 image using gold foil, I also foiled the negative foil using the genius Solid Hot Foil Plate from a previous release. I then stenciled the images using Pinkfresh Studio Inks in Fresh Pear, Key Lime, Sparkling Rose, Raspberry Bliss, and Regal Kiss.

I layered the foiled images under the ink-blended images for an offset gold-lined effect, then attached them to a card base using foam adhesive for dimension. To finish, I attached my foiled sentiments from the Brushed Sentiments Hot Foil Plate.

My second card uses the Charming Floral Border Stamp, Hot Foil Plate, Die, and Stencils! I ink-blended the flowers and foliage using the same colors mentioned above, with the exception of Regal Bliss since there are only 4 stencil layers for this set. When I was done ink-blending the foiled image, I die-cut it and set it aside to work on a background.

For a textured background, I used the Stitches panel. Then to give it a frame, I die-cut the Stitched Scallop Rectangles die and added a gold border by lightly touching the edges to a Versamark ink pad, then embossing it with gold embossing powder. I finished by attaching an embossed sentiment and some Glacier Jewels.
