Hello friends!
I have some holiday cards to share today using new (and a few older) products from Birch Press Design today! They just released lots of beautiful holiday layering dies and I’ve paired them with some stems and flowers from a previous release.
I did lots of die-cutting for today’s cards. My 13 year and 6 year olds helped me die-cut a few things to help save time. Die-cutting is no joke – probably takes me just as long to color images. Choosing colors is always the most difficult for me. I’m going to list products used for each card and hopefully everything else will be self-explanatory.
The above card features the following:

- Christmas Ornament Pop Up Easel (for the ornament top)

I used the Adornment Snowflake to create a snowflake-filled background using light blue glitter cardstock from the Delicate Pastel Glitter Pad. Next, I die-cut the Meridian Ornament Layer Set,
Eucalyptus Stem and Berries Contour Layers, and Prime Peony Duo Contour Layers and pieced them together. I should mention that for this card and my second card, I used Copic markers to color my flowers after die-cutting with a light pink cardstock (R81, R83, R85). The foliage on my eucalyptus was colored with a G24 marker to make the green cardstock I used darker.

I pieced together my Dainty Rose and Leaves Contour Layers, then the Snowy Circle Layer Set. I placed the flower at a corner and used the foliage to create a spray around my Snowy Circle. For the sentiment, I used the Handwritten Merry Christmas die.
The above card features the following:
This is my daughter’s favorite and the easiest to make. The Herbarium Layer Set is A2-sized plates. I die-cut the bottom layer with green glitter paper, the second layer with green cardstock, and the top layer with white cardstock. Super simple! The layers stack to create such beautiful details. I used some red pearls to add over the berries for interest and dimension and finished my card with a sentiment die cut from the new Merry Christmas Sugar Script die.
